WX-TS6脱水型防锈油
一、作用
主要作用于不同行业的黑色和有色钢铁的表面防锈处理。比如：轴承防锈油，钣金，五金，紧固件，齿轮，等等。使用效果好，防锈性能强。
二、特色
可以将带水的工件放入其中，形成一层致密的保护油层，可以大大提高钢铁零件的抗锈的能力。可以解决客户盐雾试验不足的问题。还可以提供SGS专门检测报告

四、使用方法
1．浸泡法：把除油好的钢铁浸入本品6-9分钟，在这里面每隔23分钟上下抖动一次。
2．刷涂法：直接把苏州脱水防锈油刷或喷在被防锈的钢铁表面。
五、注意要点
1．使用浸泡法时，油槽体底部需要有支架，并放置放水开关口和测量水位的卡口，当水位高于支架时，必须及时把底部的水给排出来。
2．采用本品的时候切勿加温，注意着火。
3．若遇到气温较冷的时候，可能会形成块状物体，此时可缓慢加热到45度，将这些块状的东西慢慢溶解，再继续使用，不会对防锈效果产生影响。

按照GB/H3652-27昆山防锈油湿热检验方法。
七、包装、储存
20公斤/桶的包装。防锈油的储存温度是-1036C，严谨高温、暴晒，可以长期储存不会变质。
